Consequences of drugs

Drug use causes or is involved in the development of several diseases, damages and organic and psychological problems. For example: Hepatitis, cirrhosis, cardiovascular disorders, Depression, Psychosis, Paranoia, etc..

The abuse of drugs can also harm others; some examples, are money with drugs that are paid to the family may be deprived of life satisfaction as food or clothing. Discussing the problems and issues of addiction can cause family conflict. Violent reactions to drugs may lead the user to commit assaults and even murder. If a pregnant woman take drugs without medical supervision can cause birth defects in the new being who is in management.

Abusing drugs is against the law. The offenders (both those who experience such as those engaged in drug use) at risk of having to pay fines and / or imprisoned. An arrest can mean shame, disruption of life plans, criminal records. Certain drugs can trigger an uncontrollable violence and lead the user to crimes that are severely punishable by law.

  1. Drugs are a very serious problem to the society, but we have to consider that addiction is also a chronic disease, which is not so easy to deal with. Those people need help from the society, that is, from us.

  2. That is true, the drugs as a medicine may help a lot, but if someone takes drugs for fun than exists a risk to put yourself into addiction, and that fact can create problems with police and crime department.
